Event date: 2009-05-13 An international seminar on future challenges in professional kitchens will take place in Mikkeli, Finland, on 13 and 14 May.
The seminar is intended for researchers, developers, teachers, professionals, students and other actors in the field of professional kitchens (restaurants, catering, public and private food services, etc.). It will provide a platform for participants to discuss and exchange opinions and experiences.
